London dry gin - 3/oz, Carpano Dry Vermouth - 0.5/oz, lemon - 1/each, orange bitters - 2/dash
Place gin overnight in a freezer. Stir ice cold gin and vermouth with ice for twenty seconds. Pour into frozen martini glass. Add two dashes of bitters. Zest and garnish with lemon peel and serve.
